ABOUT SAMI

At Strength By Sami, I am passionate about helping women create a healthier and more balanced relationship with food and exercise. I understand the struggles of trying to reach personal goals, as my own fitness journey has been far from typical. I use to run my body into the ground with overtraining and undereating which only left me unhealthy & unhappy. Eventually, I had had enough & took my health into my own hands. This is when I was able to develop into the strongest, most confident version of myself.

MY MISSION

Strength By Sami is a platform that helps women take back control of their food and fitness. Through personal coaching, online programs, workshops and events, I empower women to make sustainable and healthy lifestyle changes. My mission is to help women live happier and healthier lives through creating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and themselves.

MY FOUR PILLARS OF HEALTH

WORKOUTS

Working out is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise strengthens the body and boosts overall health. Both cardio and strength training are essential for total body fitness. A good coaching program will help you create a workout plan that incorporates cardio and strength training to keep your body strong and healthy.

NUTRITION

Good nutrition is essential for optimal health and performance. As a coach, I encourage my clients to think of food as fuel for their bodies. Eating a balanced diet, including a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains, is key to ensuring you hit both your macronutrient and micronutrient needs. Making these healthy choices will help you feel your best and reach your performance goals.

MINDSET

Having a healthy mindset is key to making real changes in health and fitness. It is important to prioritize your mental health and focus on creating positive habits that will help you reach your goals. I help clients identify and address any mental blocks or unhealthy patterns that are getting in the way of their success. I also provide support and guidance as we work towards creating a healthier lifestyle and reaching your goals. With a positive mindset and the right support, you can make real and lasting changes in your health and fitness journey.

SLEEP

At Strength By Sami, we believe that getting enough sleep is crucial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lack of sleep can lead to a weakened immune system, decreased productivity, and a host of other problems. As a health coach, I work with my clients to develop healthy sleep habits and routines to help them achieve their goals and perform at their best.
